Job summary

NewBees Inclusion Solutions B.V. in Amsterdam invites an independent HRM intern to strengthen the team, handling HR projects and supporting recruitment and contracts.

The internship is 16-32 hours per week for at least five months, starting September 2026, offering training in intercultural communication, HR processes, and inclusive recruitment.

You will work autonomously, contribute to internal communications, and help shape HR policies to foster an inclusive society.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a relevant HRM study (vocational or higher professional education).
• Excellent communication in Dutch and English.
• Able to work independently and proactively in HRM context.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HRM projects aligned with learning goals (e.g., absenteeism or inclusive recruitment).
• Contribute to internal communications and HR-related content.
• Support preparation and management of contracts and HR documentation.
• Assist in developing HR processes and policies.
