Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting and managing changes to HR systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow) including design and configuration.
• Experience developing AI-enabled HR solutions or enthusiasm to build expertise in this area.
• Knowledge of HR processes (Learning & Development, Reward, Recruiting or Talent & Performance) and how processes and systems interact.
• Strong advisory capabilities and ability to advocate for stable, scalable solutions over quick fixes.
• Strong analytical focus and calm, organized work style.

Aufgaben

• Advise HR and business as a trusted technology advisor and translate needs into sustainable solutions.
• Shape and guide changes from impact analysis to testing and go-live, considering end-to-end processes.
• Own complex incidents and change requests across the HR systems landscape and find root causes.
• Contribute to projects as a digital expert and consultant.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver cross-functional HR digital solutions.
• Work with colleagues in 10 countries on international projects.
• Continuously improve HR digital processes for ease of use and efficiency.
• Share knowledge to help colleagues maximize system usage.
