NN in The Hague is seeking an HR Digital Specialist to bridge HR processes and our HR systems, including Workday and ServiceNow. You guide changes from design to go-live and own complex incidents in a global HR landscape.

You will collaborate with a tight-knit team across 10 countries, advise on stable digital solutions, and empower employees with easy access to information while continuously improving HR processes for efficiency and accuracy.

Formación

• Experience supporting and managing changes to HR systems such as Workday and/or ServiceNow.
• Solution design, configuration and setup experience in HR systems.
• Strong knowledge of HR business processes and related areas (Learning & Development, Reward, Recruiting or Talent & Performance).
• Ability to advise, ask the right questions and recommend stable solutions over quick fixes.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a trusted technology advisor to HR and the business, translating needs into sustainable digital solutions.
• Shape and guide changes from impact analysis to go-live, keeping end-to-end processes in mind.
• Own complex incidents and change requests across the HR system landscape and identify root causes.
• Contribute to projects as a digital expert and consultant.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver cross-functional HR digital improvements.
