Job summary

Rituals Group is recruiting a Senior Global Service Center Specialist to strengthen HR Operations across our global markets, based at the Amsterdam head office. You will be the escalation expert for complex Workday issues, analyze patterns, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for process and system improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Systems, Shared Services or a related field.
• Strong Workday expertise and understanding of HR Operations processes and service delivery.
• Experience analyzing ticket data or operational trends and translating findings into recommendations.
• Ability to distinguish between a single issue, knowledge gap and structural improvement.
• Enjoy facilitating training and knowledge-sharing sessions for stakeholders.
• Clear communication and ability to coordinate across teams and countries.

Responsibilities

• Act as the escalation point for complex Workday and HR Operations cases.
• Analyze ticket trends and recurring issues to identify root causes and themes.
• Translate operational findings into clear recommendations for process, automation or system improvements.
• Track agreed actions and follow up with stakeholders to ensure progress.
• Develop and deliver practical training and knowledge-sharing sessions for Local Super Users and HR Operations teams.
• Create and maintain knowledge materials, standards and best practices for consistency.
• Support adoption of Workday, AI, automation and other digital solutions; explain changes to teams.
• Connect local market feedback with Global HR Operations, Process Automation and Tech & Data teams.
