Basic-Fit is seeking an HRIS Business Solution Lead - HCM in Hoofddorp to own the Core HCM HRIS sub-domain and bridge local HR needs with Workday capabilities.

You will drive requirements engineering, on-the-ground discovery, and workshops, guiding standard Workday functionality while applying country-specific customizations. Fluent English and strong stakeholder management are essential for coordinating across international teams and works councils.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HRIS architectural depth and functional capability; Workday experience preferred.
• Track record of persistent, analytical goal-getting and end-to-end HR process improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management across international teams and works councils.
• Fluent English; Dutch/French/Spanish or German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consultative Requirements Engineering to unpack local HR requests.
• On-the-Ground Discovery with HR teams to capture edge cases.
• Solution Design & Workshops to standardize then customize Workday.
• Maintain HRIS sub-domain ownership: Hire, Change, Terminate, Compensation & Benefits.
• Collaborate with cross-domain HRIS Product Manager and Tech Lead.
