Rituals Group. is seeking a Senior Global Service Center Specialist based at the Amsterdam Head Office.

You will be the trusted expert for complex Workday and HR Operations topics, supporting Local HR Operations teams and helping them maximise value from systems, processes and ways of working. You will escalate, analyse trends, and drive improvements with Global HR Operations, Process Automation and Tech & Data teams while delivering practical training to Local Super Users and HR Operations

Qualifications

• Experience handling complex Workday and HR Operations topics.
• Ability to translate operational findings into clear recommendations.
• Proven track record in training Local teams and sharing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Act as escalation point for complex Workday and HR Operations cases.
• Analyse ticket trends to identify root causes and themes.
• Translate findings into clear recommendations for process or system improvements.
• Track actions and follow up with stakeholders for progress and communication.
• Develop and deliver practical training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
