Job summary

Richemont is seeking an HR Officer to join the HR Admin team. You will own the HRIS platform, collaborate with IT, manage SAP and Workday data, and ensure accurate employee records across locations in the Benelux and Nordics.

You will oversee data audits, support onboarding, offboarding, reporting, and vendor management, while delivering end-user training and continuous process improvements to enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM or business administration.
• Strong data management skills and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee collection, organization, and maintenance of HR data across systems.
• Own HRIS platform administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Document HRIS procedures and best practices.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, payroll data, and personnel file management.
• Provide HR data reporting and ad hoc analytics.
• Manage vendor relations and PO creation for HR systems.
