Job summary

SoftwareOne HR Operations is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to deliver efficient HR administration and support the BeNeLux payroll processes. You will partner with a remote People & Culture team and ensure data accuracy across ServiceNow, Workday, and other HR systems.

Based in Amsterdam with a flexible hybrid setup, you will drive process improvements, manage documentation, onboarding to payroll data, and help provide a best-in-class employee experience across Belgium, Luxembourg, and the

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in HR administration and BeNeLux payroll.
• Experience with ServiceNow and Workday.
• Strong data handling and Excel skills.
• Fluent Dutch and English written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR administration and respond to employee/manager requests via HR systems.
• Support the full employee lifecycle across BeNeLux (onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions).
• Prepare HR documents (employment contracts, salary letters, deductions).
• Coordinate monthly payroll activities for Belgium and Luxembourg with Finance and payroll providers.
• Ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance with internal stakeholders and auditors.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and service delivery.
