Job summary

Richemont Iberia SL is seeking an HR Officer to join the HR Admin team, driving data accuracy and end-to-end HR processes across locations. You will own the HRIS, including administration, configuration, and troubleshooting in Workday and SAP, working with IT and vendors to ensure system reliability.

You will manage employee data, payroll input, and standard reporting, participate in HR initiatives, and support operations in Benelux and Nordics, with fluency in English and strong communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in HRM or business administration.
• 3–5+ years HR admin/HRIS experience.
• Experience with Workday and SAP HR systems.
• English fluency; Dutch or French a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Experience in Benelux/Nordics employment administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR data collection, organization, and audits.
• Own HRIS platform administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Document HRIS procedures and best practices.
• Support HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Manage employee data under SAP and Workday, including payroll data.
• Handle HR inquiries and provide advisory support.
• Participate in HR initiatives and technology deployments.
• Vendor management and cost control.
• Produce standard and ad hoc reporting.
