Job summary

Itproposal is seeking an experienced Senior HR Officer – Operations, HR Data & Functional Management to oversee daily HR administration, data quality, and HR systems optimization. You will drive HR data reporting, support HR projects, and play a key role in Workday implementation within an international HR team.

The role requires hands-on operational HR experience, strong Excel expertise, and fluency in Dutch and English. Hybrid work is available with two days on-site in Arnhem.

Qualifications

• HBO working and thinking level.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR/Operations role.
• Experience with HR systems and data quality.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English languages.

Responsibilities

• Process onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding.
• Act as first point of contact for employees and managers on operational HR matters.
• Provide operational support on HR projects.
• Assist in transition to Workday and HR system optimization.
• Contribute to reporting, data quality, and HR process improvements.
• Collaborate with payroll partner to ensure correct salary processing.
