Job summary

Coty is seeking an HR Operations Manager Benelux to oversee HR service delivery across the region, ensuring compliance, data integrity, and continuous improvement of processes across the employee lifecycle.

You will report to the Director, HR Operations and collaborate with HR Business Partners, Legal, Finance, and the Shared Service Center to deliver high-quality HR services and drive transformation initiatives in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years HR Operations experience, Benelux preferred.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Strong payroll governance and benefits administration expertise.
• Experience with HR data analytics and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR operational service delivery across the Benelux region with SLAs.
• Ensure compliance, data integrity, and process excellence across employee lifecycle.
• Partner with HRBPs, Legal, Finance, and SSC to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Lead HR transformation initiatives including system implementations and vendor transitions.
