Job summary

CTS International Logistics Netherlands B.V. is seeking an HR Specialist to support a fast-paced team. You will manage HR documents, onboard new staff, update internal databases, and assist in hiring processes including calls and interview scheduling.

You will respond to emails, take meeting minutes, arrange travel, handle office administration, and liaise with CTS HQ and EU branches. Strong Chinese and English communication and a quick learner are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level or higher in HR, Administration, or business related field.
• 1+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong written and spoken Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Organize and update internal HR databases with personnel records.
• Assist onboarding and resignation processes.
• Serve as first point of contact for HR/Admin issues and vendors.
• Gather staffing needs and publish job ads.
• Schedule interviews and screen candidates.
• Take meeting minutes and respond to employee inquiries.
• Arrange travel and manage office administration.
