Job summary

Language Matters Recruitment Consultants Ltd is recruiting on behalf of an international organisation for a Dutch-speaking HR Coordinator to join their regional HR Operations team in the Netherlands. You will handle HR administration, support payroll processes, maintain GDPR-compliant records and collaborate with payroll providers and finance.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Coordinator, HR Administrator or similar HR operations role.
• Experience in HR or payroll administration supporting employees in the Netherlands/Europe.
• Fluent English and Dutch is essential.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience with HR systems or ticketing systems (Workday knowledge beneficial).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR administration across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, changes, promotions, probation reviews, leavers).
• Prepare HR documentation (contracts, offer letters, communications).
• Maintain employee records across HR systems with GDPR compliance.
• Support monthly payroll administration with payroll providers, Finance and stakeholders.
• Act as a first point of contact for HR queries and assist with HR projects, inductions and salary/performance cycles.
