Job summary

Cygnific B.V. invites you to join our international HR team as an HR Business Partner Intern. You’ll work closely with our HR Business Partner to shape policies, manage data, and keep people and operations running smoothly in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

Gain practical experience with HR tools like Power BI and HRIS systems while contributing to real HR projects. This hybrid internship is based in Amsterdam Westerpark, with a monthly allowance and guidance from mentors to grow your

Qualifications

Studying HR, Business, Psychology or related field (HBO/WO level) in the Netherlands.
Fluent in English; Dutch is preferred.
Available from Feb 2026 for 4–6 months, 32–40 hours per week.
Comfortable with Excel, Outlook, or HR systems.
Hybrid internship located in Amsterdam Westerpark.

Responsibilities

Assist with reviewing and updating HR processes, policies, and labor conditions.
Help pull and analyze personnel data to provide management with clear reports and insights.
Spot areas for improvement in daily HR workflows and help make operations smoother.
Work with colleagues from different departments to improve how we support our people.
