Job summary

Coty SA in Amsterdam at the HQ is seeking an HR Business Partner Intern for a 6-month, full-time internship (40 hours per week). The role starts early January and places you in the local HRBP team, working closely with the HR Director on daily activities and key projects in a fast-paced, international HQ.

You will gain exposure across talent attraction, employee lifecycle support, and HR projects while building strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a master’s or bachelor’s in HR, psychology, communications, marketing, business or related field.
• Excellent communication and prioritization skills.
• Strong storytelling and presentation abilities.
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support the HRBP team with daily HR activities and projects.
• Assist HRBPs with day-to-day HR activities such as preparing employee communications, maintaining HR data, and tracking key actions.
• Support in the execution of HR projects (e.g., engagement initiatives, training coordination, learning & development projects, retention initiatives and more).
• Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports to support HR decision-making.
• Build relationships and maintain connections with business stakeholders to spot opportunities for changes and improvement.
