Job summary

LYNX is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to support the full employee lifecycle, ensuring HR processes run smoothly in a dynamic, international environment.

You will be the trusted contact for employees and managers, handling HR administration, Dutch labor law compliance, and continuous process improvements. Join a People & Culture team that values operational excellence and confidentiality, with focus on onboarding, payroll support, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years in HR operations or HR support.
• Basic knowledge of Dutch labor law.
• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent Dutch and English communication.
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.

Responsibilities

• Execute administrative HR tasks across the full lifecycle, incl. contracts and leave.
• Process sickness and maintain absenteeism records and reporting.
• Prepare monthly payroll input and support payroll processing.
• Organise wellbeing initiatives and employee events.
• Conduct PES screenings and coordinate annual re-screenings.
• Support BHV/Emergency Response processes and trainings.
• First point of contact for HR policies and employment conditions.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for a smooth experience.
• Support HR reporting and participate in People & Culture projects.
• Ensure Dutch labor law compliance and escalate complex cases.
