Job summary

Luxoft is seeking an HR Generalist to manage the complete employee lifecycle post-hiring for HR Operations in the Netherlands. The role combines hands-on payroll and administrative duties withHR business partner responsibilities, working as the main HR representative at the Eindhoven location within a multicultural matrix.

The ideal candidate has strong HR administration and payroll experience in an international environment, aligning Dutch labour law with pension and social security

Qualifications

• University degree or professional level with 2–5 years of experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Dutch Labour Law, HR compliance.
• Solid HR administration and payroll fundamentals.
• Experience coordinating payroll inputs with external providers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for HR-related queries in the Netherlands and explain local policies.
• Coordinate employee lifecycle administration with shared services and stakeholders (onboarding, training, probation, absence, contract changes, offboarding).
• Maintain personal data records for local employees and manage 30% ruling applications for expats.
• Coordinate payroll inputs with external payroll provider and local finance team, ensuring data completeness.
