Jackson & Frank is seeking a Payroll Specialist to own monthly Dutch payroll runs in Nmbrs for our Dutch entity and international EOR clients. You’ll be the trusted adviser on Dutch labor law, taxes, and social security for clients and international employees.

Join a cross-border team and help identify bottlenecks, automate tasks, and optimize HR/Payroll workflows while ensuring strict compliance with Dutch regulations across Hilversum, India, and China.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of monthly payroll runs in Nmbrs for our Dutch entity and international EOR clients.
• Be the go-to expert for clients and international employees on Dutch labor law, taxes, and social security.
• Identify bottlenecks, automate manual tasks, and optimize our HR/Payroll workflows.
• Perform controls and ensure 100% compliance with local Dutch regulations.
• Collaborate with finance, HR, and ops teams across Hilversum, India, and China.

Job description

You won't just process numbers—you’ll take ownership of complex Dutch payroll processes for both our internal team and our international client base, working closely with colleagues in Hilversum, India, and Hong Kong.
