Job summary

Yokogawa Europe seeks an experienced HR Officer to manage contracts, onboarding and employee lifecycle support in a hybrid work environment. You will coordinate payroll input, advise managers on HR matters and help improve HR processes across the organisation.

With 5–10 years in HR operations, you will work within an international team, focusing on accuracy, compliance and a positive employee experience. Hybrid arrangement with office days in the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in HR operations/administration.
• Basic payroll knowledge.
• Strong eye for accuracy, organisation and legal compliance.
• Fluent Dutch.
• Familiarity with HR policy improvement or HR analytics.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational HR support across the employee lifecycle.
• Advise managers on HR policies and procedures.
• Support payroll input, data accuracy and timely processing.
• Contribute to HR projects focused on digitalisation and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance and internal audits where required.
