Job summary

HSO International is seeking an HR Officer to support the HR Manager and the HR Team in day-to-day operations across our international business. You will assist onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance.

The ideal candidate has experience in an international environment, knowledge of Dutch and European employment law, and is comfortable commuting to the head office. This hybrid role requires four days in the office per week with opportunities to grow within the

Qualifications

• Located in the Netherlands and eligible to work in NL
• Excellent level of English, written and spoken
• Experience in an HR environment with strong administration
• Professional, punctual and a good team player
• Willing to travel to head office as required

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding activities and induction days
• Manage HR documents and update internal databases and Excel
• Back-up for payroll processing and HR events/trainings
• Support end-of-year reviews and HR audits
