Job summary

HousingAnywhere in Rotterdam seeks a People Operations Lead to drive HR processes across the Netherlands and France. You’ll own a broad scope covering onboarding to offboarding, payroll coordination, analytics, and workflow optimization in a multinational setup.

You’ll partner with offices in NL and FR, manage EOR, visas, annual salary reviews, and data integrity in systems like HiBOB and Lattice. The role requires strong English, Dutch, and French language ability, 5+ years in HR operations,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Senior HR Operations, HR Lead, or HR Generalist role in the Netherlands.
• Experience with Dutch payroll and 30% ruling procedures preferred.
• Experience handling visa/work permit processes.
• Strong analytical and data presentation skills.
• Fluency in English; Dutch and/or French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pre-onboarding logistics: draft employment agreements, onboarding programs, EOR setup, visa/work permit applications, and 30% ruling processing.
• Lead onboarding program for new team members to ensure a smooth joining experience.
• Coordinate relocation for international hires and manage complex cases with external experts as needed.
• Manage performance cycles and data integrity across HRIS and payroll systems.
• Guide managers on cycle launches and HR analytics to support decision-making.
• Support payroll runs for Dutch and French entities with external partners.
