Job summary

HousingAnywhere Group in Rotterdam HQ is seeking a Senior People Operations Lead to drive HR processes across the Netherlands and France. You’ll own the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding and coordinate workload across offices and external partners.

You’ll partner with the HR & Recruitment Director, manage payroll in Dutch and French entities, and build HR analytics using HiBOB, Lattice, and Google Workspace, ensuring compliance and high-quality people operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in a Senior HR Operations, HR Lead, or HR Generalist role in the Netherlands.
• Experience with Dutch payroll and visa/work permit procedures.
• Strong ability to extract, interpret, and present HR analytics to guide operational decision-making.
• Proficient with HRIS platforms (HiBOB) and performance management tools (Lattice).

Responsibilities

• Overseeing pre-onboarding logistics: review employment agreements, onboarding programs, Employer of Record setup and visa processing, 30% ruling applications for new hires.
• Onboarding program lead: run a structured week-long HR onboarding for new team members.
• Logistics & relocation: coordinate relocation for international hires with external experts when needed.
