Job summary

Yusen Logistics (Deutschland) GmbH is seeking an HR Business Partner to partner with managers across Schiphol or Moerdijk, ensuring effective HR solutions in a hybrid setup (2 days remote per week). The role involves translating business needs into people actions, supporting recruitment, managing absenteeism, and implementing HR policies for continuous improvement.

You will work with cross-functional leadership to align people strategy with business goals, leveraging HRIS and MS Office tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Several years in a broad HR advisory role (HRBP/HR Advisor/HR Generalist).
• Solid knowledge of Dutch employment law and absenteeism management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers on performance management, employee relations and talent development.
• Translate HR strategy into practical actions across Schiphol and Moerdijk branches.
• Support recruitment activities and talent selection.
• Lead absenteeism and case management with return-to-work initiatives.
• Embed HR policies and organisational change initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement in HR topics and reporting for management.
• Ensure compliance with employment law and corporate guidelines.
