Danaher Life Sciences seeks an experienced Senior HR Generalist Benelux to partner with leaders and HR service delivery. You will handle complex HR cases, ensure policy compliance, and support talent processes across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg.

You will build strong relationships with HR Partners, drive process improvements, and advise on Dutch and Belgian labor practices, using HRIS and case management tools to deliver consistent, high-quality employee services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent.
• 7+ years in HR operations, shared services, or HR generalist roles.
• Fluency in Dutch is mandatory, with knowledge of Dutch/Belgian labor practices.
• Experience managing complex HR cases within policy framework.

Responsabilités

• Resolve complex HR cases and provide subject matter expertise on lifecycle transactions and benefits.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and leaders to ensure operational continuity plans.
• Support performance management administration and talent acquisition activities as assigned.
• Document case activities and maintain records in HR systems for compliance and reporting.
• Identify process improvements and drive standardization and continuous improvement across HR Service Delivery.
