Job summary

Stellantis NL – HR Department in Amsterdam offers a 6-month internship for an HR Coordinator Intern. You will support internal HR communications, organise events and assist with personnel administration in an international, dynamic environment.

The role suits Bachelor or Master students in HR/Business/Communications, with fluent English and a hands-on, independent mindset. 3 days of remote work per week are available, based in Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master student in HR, Business Management, Communications & Media or related fields.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Communicative, socially skilled, hands-on and independent.

Responsibilities

• Write, design and publish internal HR communications on multiple platforms.
• Organize and promote internal company events and coordinate with NGOs.
• Support administrative HR processes and maintain personnel administration records.
• Assist colleagues with compliance and ensuring clarity in messages.
• Execute internal and external communications and initiatives for employee engagement and Wellbeing.
• Help harmonise internal processes to improve efficiency.
• Assist HR with other activities and projects.
