Job summary

Quality River Catering in Arnhem is seeking an experienced HR Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations within our international team. You will assist with recruitment and onboarding, and prepare employment documents and amendments.

The ideal candidate has HR or administrative experience, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication with the ability to handle confidential information. Dutch is not required; English is the operating language, and immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an HR support or administrative position.
• Strong command of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
• Availability to start immediately.
• Preferable experienced with Swiss contracts.
