Qualifications

• MBO+/HBO level in HR or related field.
• Interest in various HR areas and processes.
• Able to work independently and take responsibility.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.

Responsabilités

• Support daily HR activities in Rotterdam with colleagues.
• Handle personnel data and salary administration.
• Assist with leave, terms, and employment conditions.
• Help with onboarding, development, and digitalisation projects.
• Prepare HR documents and correspondence.
