Job summary

Hotelprofessionals is seeking a Housekeeping Operations professional in Rotterdam to lead the housekeeping team and coordinate with external cleaning companies. You will spend most of your time on the floor, ensuring rooms and public areas meet high cleanliness standards.

You will substitute the Housekeeping Operations Manager when needed, train and coach staff, and collaborate with hosts and hotel maintenance to fulfill guests' wishes. Fluent in Dutch and English expected.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar position.
• A passion for cleanliness and order with a keen eye for detail.
• Present yourself confidently, bringing joy to the workplace; humour is second nature.
• Enjoy working with international guests and know how to respond to their diverse needs.
• Speak fluent Dutch and communicate well in English.
