Ruby Hotels in Rotterdam seeks a shift supervisor to lead service across bar, dining and front office, ensuring smooth operations and top standards. You will train and coach staff, manage internal communication, and quickly resolve guest feedback while sharing insider tips to elevate guest experience from arrival to last drink.

Qualifications

• Already gained experience in a similar position, ideally in the trendy hospitality or lifestyle hotel industry.
• Flexible and ready to work in shifts.
• Reliability, multitasking and willingness to learn are among your strengths.
• Confident, joyful demeanor with a sense of humor as part of who you are.
• Experience serving international, demanding guests with a smart approach.
• Fluent Dutch and English.
