Job summary

A fast-growing hospitality group located in Amsterdam seeks a front-line team member to create memorable guest experiences. You will manage self-check-ins, prepare drinks, care for the breakfast buffet, and handle guest inquiries while ensuring operational standards. The ideal candidate is reliable, flexible, and enjoys teamwork. Full-time includes 35 hours, and the company embraces diversity and self-expression at work.

Qualifications

• Ideally gained some experience in the hotel industry.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Flexible and ready to work in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for guests, making them feel at home.
• Support guests with self-check-in and front desk duties.
• Prepare cocktails, drinks, and snacks with flair.
• Take care of the breakfast buffet and showcase barista skills.
• Manage goods receiving and storage while maintaining standards.

Responsibilities

• All‑rounder and multitasking talent, first point of contact for guests to make them feel at home from the very first moment to the last drink.
• Support guests with the self‑check‑in process and take on additional front desk responsibilities.
• Prepare cocktails, drinks, and delicious snacks with a few skillful moves, ensuring smooth and seamless service.
• Lovingly take care of the breakfast buffet in the morning and wow guests with barista skills.
• Roll up sleeves for goods receiving, inspection, and storage, always keeping an eye on the perfect mise‑en‑place according to setups and standards.
• Share insider tips with guests, pointing them to the best hotspots in the city.

Qualifications

• Ideally gained some experience in the hotel industry (but we do not mind if you don't know all the jargon yet).
• Flexible and ready to work in shifts.
• Reliability, multitasking, and willingness to learn among your strengths.
• Empathetic with others and love sharing enthusiasm with those around you.
• Great sense of humour, enjoy working in a team, and love interacting with guests.
• Fluent English, Dutch is a plus.
