Job summary

Ruby Emma Amsterdam is seeking a dynamic shift supervisor to lead front-of-house operations across bar, service, and front desk. You will ensure guest satisfaction, uphold quality and hygiene standards, and guide new team members through onboarding and coaching.

The role requires fluency in Dutch and English, flexibility for shifts, and a friendly, guest-focused attitude within a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Experience in a similar hospitality or lifestyle hotel role is preferred.
• Willingness to work in shifts and be reliable.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift supervisor duties across bar, service, and front office.
• Ensure service, quality, and hygiene standards are met with attention to detail.
• Train, coach and onboard new team members.

• speaking fluent Dutch and English
