About the Role
The position starts in September to support the October opening of our new hotel and will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a welcoming atmosphere from arrival to departure.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact, making guests feel at home from the first moment to the last drink
- Prepare cocktails, drinks, and snacks, ensuring smooth and seamless service
- Take care of breakfast buffet preparation and set tables each morning
- Guard the property at night, overseeing guests and operations
- Handle end‑of‑day closing, ensuring everything runs smoothly and stays on track
- Share insider tips with guests, guiding them to the best local hotspots
Qualifications
- Experience in the hotel industry (mention of "mise‑en‑place" is optional)
- Flexible to work primarily at night and in shifts while maintaining control over activities
- Reliability, multitasking ability, and a willingness to learn
- Empathetic nature, enthusiastic teamwork, and excellent guest interaction skills
- Fluency in Dutch and English
