Job summary

Minor Hotels, nhow Amsterdam RAI in Amsterdam, is offering a Duty Management Internship starting summer 2026. You will rotate through departments, receive training, and gradually assume Manager on Duty responsibilities to support guest care.

As the first point of contact for guests, you will handle questions, comments and emergencies while learning how a large international hotel runs. Fluency in English is essential; Dutch is a plus, and a six-month minimum commitment is expected.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled for Bachelor's or Master's in Hospitality or related field.
• At least 1 year in a guest-facing hotel role.
• Available for a minimum of 6 months.
• Strong English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Internship covering all facets of hotel operations; train in departments.
• Act as Manager on Duty; be first contact for guests and assist with questions, comments and complaints.
• Handle emergencies and collaborate with other departments as needed.
