Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Hospitality or a relevant study.
• 1 year guest-facing hotel experience preferred.
• Available for a minimum of 6 months.
• Eagerness to learn how a large international hotel runs.
• Flexible but decisive when needed.
• Service-oriented with excellent English; Dutch a benefit.

Responsibilities

• Train across departments before taking on duties; act as Manager on Duty.
• Be first contact for guests and assist with questions, comments, and complaints.
• Assist other departments when needed.
• Handle emergencies and incidents such as fire alarms and sick guests.
