Job summary

NH Hotel Group’s nhow Amsterdam RAI is offering a Duty Management Internship starting summer 2026. You will train across departments, acting as Manager on Duty, handling guest queries and emergencies in a dynamic, design-led hotel environment.

The role targets students in Hospitality with 1 year of guest-facing hotel experience, available for at least 6 months, and fluent in English; Dutch is a bonus. Enjoy strong team culture, global growth, and staff perks.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Hospitality or related field.
• At least 1 year in a guest-facing hotel role.
• Available for a minimum of 6 months.
• Excellent command of English; Dutch is a plus.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• During the internship you train in all hotel departments and act as Manager on Duty.
• You are the first contact for guests, handling questions and complaints and assisting other departments as needed.
• Develop knowledge to prepare for a career in the hospitality industry.
