Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the breakfast buffet with hot and cold dishes.
• Prepare group lunch and dinner.
• Monitor food quality, freshness and hygiene standards (HACCP).
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
• Daily ordering of supplies with different suppliers.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth running of the kitchen.
