Holiday Inn Express Almere is seeking a part-time Cook to manage breakfast service and assist with group lunch and dinner, ensuring top quality and hygiene standards. You will work closely with the F&B team and the Operations Manager in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; Dutch language is a plus.
• Experience in hotel kitchens is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently in a kitchen and under fast pace.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the breakfast buffet with hot and cold dishes.
• Prepare group lunch and dinner.
• Monitor food quality, freshness and hygiene (HACCP).
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
• Daily ordering of supplies from different suppliers.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth kitchen operation.
