Staybridge Suites The Hague – Parliament is part of Borealis Hotel Group, an expanding European hospitality company known for brands like InterContinental, Accor, Hilton and Marriott. We seek a cheerful Operations Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, motivate the team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences across stays.

You’ll lead front-of-house and back-of-house activities, manage budgets, oversee night audits, and step in as GM when needed.

Formación

• Fluent in Dutch and English (bonus points for additional languages).
• 3+ years in hotel/front office/guest service roles.
• At least 2 years leading or supervising a team.
• Extended-stay experience is a big plus.
• Experience with Opera is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Make guests feel welcomed anytime, every time.
• Handle complaints with grace, humor, and solutions.
• Build relationships, collect feedback, and turn stays into returning visits.
• Inspect front and back of house and fix issues before guests notice them.
• Lead, coach, support, motivate and rescue when needed.
• Plan staffing, set goals, give feedback, help people grow.
