Job summary

Qualifications

• You are fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Driver's license and access to a car are required.
• MBO level 4 in Hospitality or equivalent hospitality experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a smile and be the hotel’s first contact.
• Manage reservations via phone or email and handle admin tasks.
• Coordinate daily operations and support multiple departments.
• Switch between breakfast service, housekeeping, and restaurant as needed.
• Be flexible to work at Bastion Hotel locations when required.
