Staybridge Suites The Hague – Parliament zoekt een Operations Manager die achter de schermen zorgt voor een vlekkeloze operatie en tegelijkertijd als gezicht van het hotel optreedt. Je houdt team gemotiveerd, gasten tevreden en de dagelijkse administratie op orde.

Je streeft naar uitzonderlijke service en stuurt op kwaliteit en gastbeleving. De ideale kandidaat heeft minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in hospitality front office, minstens 2 jaar leiderschap en beheerst Nederlands en Engels vloeiend.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English (extra languages earn bonus points).
• 3+ years in hotel/front office/guest service roles.
• At least 2 years leading or supervising a team.
• Extended-stay experience is a big plus.
• Experience with Opera is preferred.

• Make sure guests feel welcomed anytime, every time.
• Handle complaints with grace, humor, and solutions not panic.
• Build relationships, collect feedback, and turn “good stays” into “I’m coming back” stays.
• Inspect front and back of house and fix things before guests even notice them.
• Lead, coach, support, motivate and occasionally rescue.
• Plan staffing, set goals, give feedback, and help people grow.

As Operations Manager, you’re the behind-the-scenes wizard making sure everything runs smoothly while also being front and center when it counts. You’ll keep the hotel humming, the team motivated, the guests happy, and the spreadsheets behaving themselves.

You might even step in as General Manager when needed, no pressure.

Your profile

What are we looking for in our Cheerful Champion?

• Fluent inDutch and English (extra languages earn bonus points).

• Make sure everyone is trained, safe, equipped, and knows what great service looks like

• Help manage budgets, control costs, and keep financial performance on track.

• Oversee night audit and daily financial reports
