Mediq seeks a Head of Supply Chain Data & Analytics to shape and deliver an Europe-wide Operations Data & Analytics strategy. You will build the group function, establish trusted data foundations and drive analytics/AI to improve cost, productivity, service and working capital.

You report to the Chief Supply Chain Officer and sit on the Operations Leadership Team, with a dotted line to IT & MDM for platform alignment. This is a senior, strategic role with cross-country impact.

Competenze

• Master's degree in a quantitative field or related discipline.
• Experience moving a non-data-native organization towards a data-driven operating model.
• Strong expertise in data ownership, governance, BI, analytics and data science.
• Knowledge of modern data architecture, analytics and applied AI.
• Experience translating AI opportunities into operational use cases.

Mansioni

• Build the Group Supply Chain Data & Analytics function from the ground up, including operating model, team, capabilities, tooling and ways of working.
• Translate strategy into a roadmap that establishes data foundations then scales analytics and AI.
• Recruit, develop and lead a specialist team across data engineering, BI, data science and business analysis.
• Own operational data from source systems into the Group data platform and establish data ownership and stewardship.
• Create one trusted definition for key operational metrics across European markets.
• Improve data quality at source and reduce manual reporting.
• Own and define the Group Operations KPI framework across cost, productivity, service and working capital.
• Establish driver-based performance management to identify gaps and drive improvements.
• Benchmark performance across markets and sites to close gaps to best-in-class.
• Translate insights into business requirements and improvement cases for transformation roadmap, S&OP, IT and process design.
• Provide analytical basis for strategic capital, footprint and network decisions.

Formazione

Master's degree in a quantitative, Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Business or related discipline
