Job summary

Medtronic Netherlands is seeking a senior data analytics professional to join the EMEA Service & Repair (S&R) organization. You will develop and lead performance management frameworks, dashboards and reporting using Power BI, turning complex data into actionable insights for executive reviews and strategic decisions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Service Center, Customer Care, Remote Support and Global functions to drive continuous improvement, data quality and KPI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Engineering, Data Science, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Finance or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in business analytics or similar analytical roles.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Suite, Power BI and/or Tableau, SQL and data governance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with large datasets and translating data into insights.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across functions and countries.
• Excellent data storytelling skills in English for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain performance management frameworks, dashboards and reporting aligned with objectives.
• Establish a single source of truth with standardized KPIs and data governance.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for business reviews and leadership decisions.
• Analyze trends, risks and gaps; conduct root-cause analysis and provide recommendations.
• Partner with leaders to translate insights into measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
• Develop and automate reporting using Power BI and Microsoft technologies for better KPI integrity.
• Support forecasting, predictive analytics, and AI-enabled performance management solutions.
• Collaborate across Service Center, Customer Care, Remote Support, Field Service, Global teams and leadership.
