Sam Media in Amsterdam is seeking a visionary Head of Data to lead our data strategy and drive data-driven initiatives across the organization. You will oversee a talented team of data professionals and partner with business units to translate data into measurable value.

The role emphasizes OLAP, machine learning, and scalable data infrastructure (Redshift and columnar databases), with a focus on accuracy, security, and clear KPIs for marketing operations and billing.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven leadership in data teams and data-driven initiatives.
• Experience driving data-enabled marketing and analytics projects.

Mansioni

• Lead and mentor the team consisting of Data Science, Business Intelligence, and Data Engineering roles.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy aligned with business goals.
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of data infrastructure, including OLAP systems and columnar databases like Redshift.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all platforms.
