Job summary

Mediq is seeking a senior Finance Business Partner to lead financial oversight for Mediq Select and Sourcing. You will partner with the CPO and report to the CFO, influencing strategic decisions across Europe and shaping value creation.

You will translate commercial initiatives into measurable financial impact, build strong cross‑functional relationships, and drive profitability in a high‑visibility role within an international healthcare group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
• 10+ years of senior finance or FP&A experience.
• Proven track record partnering with senior leadership and driving profitability.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial agenda for Sourcing, Category Management and Mediq Select.
• Challenge the business with insights to improve margins and profitability.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning for the area.
