Job summary

Mediq is seeking an Operations Program Manager to lead a major European transformation, turning strategy into executable roadmaps across 14+ countries. You will own the portfolio, drive delivery through senior leaders, and ensure measurable business impact in OPEX, working capital and service levels.

You report to the Chief Supply Chain Officer and sit on the Operations Leadership Team, guiding cross-functional teams and standards adoption across sites.

Qualifications

• Senior transformation leader with multi-country experience.
• Comfortable challenging executive leadership on priorities.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into executable roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Operations transformation portfolio across Europe.
• Translate strategy into execution with clear sequencing and dependencies.
• Direct and hold senior leaders and cross-functional teams accountable without formal authority.
• Detail the transformation plan with outcomes, owners, milestones and accountabilities.
• Drive measurable value creation in OPEX, working capital and customer service.
• Govern adoption of Group standards across markets and sites.
• Contribute to Operations Leadership Team shaping decisions.
