Job summary

Mediq seeks a senior Finance Business Partner to lead the financial agenda for Sourcing, Category Management and the Mediq Select business across Europe. You will partner with the CPO and report to the CFO, shaping strategy with strong commercial judgment.

You will translate financial performance into value creation, challenge senior stakeholders, and drive margin improvement and profitable growth in a complex, international setting.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline; MBA is an advantage.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A or equivalent senior position.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership, preferably with commercial, sourcing, procurement or category management functions.
• Strong track record of driving profitable growth, margin improvement and measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial agenda for Sourcing, Category Management and Mediq Select.
• Challenge the business, identify opportunities and contribute to strategic decision-making.
• Translate commercial and sourcing initiatives into measurable financial impact for suppliers, products and pricing.
