Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in a people management position (3+ direct reports) in medical or education sector.
• Very strong English, professional medical English.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience or willingness to learn AI in education and its development.
• Knowledge of Dutch employment law.
• Experience in medical membership associations or healthcare/pharmaceutical sector.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to communicate strategy to stakeholders.
• Proven project management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of regulations for education and pharma sponsoring.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of 7 educational professionals, medical writers, and instructional designers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with peers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure up-to-date CME program knowledge and formats.
• Provide input on hematological medical treatment practices.
• Drive education toward a forward-looking experience and adapt learning for different profiles, including LMS integration and AI usage.
• Drive educational strategy with committees and sponsors.
• Evaluate content and formats using data-driven decisions and implement improvements.
