Job summary

European Hematology Association (EHA) seeks a Membership Engagement Manager to coordinate engagement across the member lifecycle, leveraging member data to improve onboarding, participation, retention and renewal. You will partner with teams to enhance communications and services, ensuring a value-driven member experience.

You will support committees, manage outreach, and help build partnerships while operating in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in membership, subscription, customer engagement, or related fields.
• Ability to translate data and feedback into practical onboarding, engagement, and renewal improvements.
• Strong relationship-building, campaign execution, and value-proposition skills.
• Experience using CRM systems, reporting tools, and data segmentation to inform decisions.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of cross-team collaboration in an international setting.

Responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve onboarding, communications, services, and engagement across the membership lifecycle.
• Monitor participation, satisfaction, renewal, and re-engagement to demonstrate member value.
• Develop recruitment, retention, renewal, and win-back initiatives, and build partnerships across networks.
• Coordinate committees and volunteers, standardize processes, and ensure insights inform broader engagement work.
