Job summary

The European Hematology Association (EHA) in The Hague invites an internship focused on international program coordination for hematology events. You will contribute to the biggest hematology Congress in Europe by managing data, drafting and sending invitations, and supporting planning and evaluation steps.

We require enrollment at a Dutch Educational Institute, residence in the Netherlands, and availability mid-December 2026 for 5–7 months.

Qualifications

• Studying at an Educational Institute and living in the Netherlands is required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Affinity with basic statistics and data management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and updating program-related files and documentation and creating statistical overviews (data management).
• Preparing and sending formal invitation and confirmation letters to experts (communication).
• Compiling and formatting data/reports to support program planning and evaluation (proactive behavior).
• Maintaining high-value data files with precision and confidentiality (accuracy).
• Gain real-world experience in international scientific program coordination and stakeholder communication.
