You will translate global strategy into local execution and oversee launches across multiple geographies. You will collaborate with Medical Affairs, Sales, and external partners, manage budgets, and adapt campaigns for local field and digital channels while upholding ethical standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science or related field.
• 8–10+ years biotech/pharma brand marketing experience.
• Experience launching specialty medicines in competitive environments.

• Lead development and execution of hematology brand plans across multiple European markets.
• Drive launches of hematology assets across several geographies.
• Analyze market dynamics, identify growth opportunities and risks.
